By downloading or using FeltEdge (the "app") on iPhone or Android, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational and entertainment purpose

FeltEdge provides strategy guidance for casino table games such as blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, poker-vs-the-house, pai gow and others. It is provided for education and entertainment only. FeltEdge is not a gambling service, does not accept or process wagers, and does not involve real-money play.

No guarantee of results

Casino games have a built-in house edge. Correct strategy can reduce mistakes, but it does not guarantee a profit and cannot overcome the house edge over the long run. Betting progressions change variance, not long-run expectation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any money you choose to wager.

Responsible play and eligibility

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and the rules of any venue you visit. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, seek help from a qualified support organization in your region.

Purchases and subscriptions

FeltEdge offers optional in-app purchases, including FeltEdge Pro (annual auto-renewable subscription and lifetime unlock). Purchases are processed by the store you download the app from. We do not process payments directly.

App Store (iPhone). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. Use of FeltEdge on iPhone is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Google Play (Android). Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to Google Play's subscription terms unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Google according to its policies.

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply on both platforms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app in any venue or manner that violates that venue's rules.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its guidance.
• Do not rely on the app as financial, legal, or professional advice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeltEdge and its creators are not liable for any losses, including gambling losses, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
